S4 Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to perform duties requiring the theoretical and practical application of specialized knowledge in artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer science, and data science. This position qualifies as a specialty occupation and requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a closely related field.
Detailed Job Duties
The AI/ML Engineer will perform the following duties:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions to solve complex business problems
- Apply knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling
- Build and optimize data pipelines and feature engineering processes for model training and inference
- Develop and implement natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or predictive analytics models
- Train, evaluate, and fine-tune models using large datasets and performance metrics
- Utilize frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn for model development
- Work with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform)
- Deploy models into production environments and monitor model performance
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders
- Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies
- Maintain documentation related to model architecture, training data, and performance evaluation
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or foreign equivalent)
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data structures
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization tools
